Scholr helps you find and keep track of international scholarships. We are not a scholarship provider, we do not decide who gets funding, and every real application happens on the provider’s own official website. Use Scholr honestly, keep your account secure, and always verify details with the official source before you apply.

By creating a Scholr account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Scholr. If you are under 18, use Scholr with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Scholr is a discovery and tracking tool. We collect scholarship opportunities offered by universities, governments, and organisations, organise them in one place, and let you filter them, save the ones you like, and mark the ones you have applied to.

Scholr does not offer, fund, award, administer, or represent any scholarship. We are not an agent, consultant, or intermediary for any university or funding body, and we are not affiliated with them unless we say so explicitly.

We cannot and do not guarantee that you will be eligible for, selected for, or awarded any scholarship, or that you will be admitted to any programme. Those decisions belong entirely to the organisation running the scholarship.

Nothing on Scholr is a promise of funding, and nothing on Scholr is immigration, financial, or legal advice.

Scholr links you out to the official scholarship or university website. You submit your application, documents, and any fees directly there. We never apply on your behalf and we never handle your application materials.

Those third-party websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, requirements, decisions, or availability. If a scholarship ever asks you to pay Scholr for access or for an application, that is not us.

We work to keep listings correct and current, but details like deadlines, eligibility criteria, funding amounts, required documents, and links are set by the provider and can change or be withdrawn without notice. Listings may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Always confirm every detail on the official website before relying on it or applying. Treat Scholr as a starting point, not the final word. If you spot something wrong, tell us through the feedback form or by email and we will look into it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password, and contact us if you think someone else has access to your account.

• Use your own email address and create only one account.
• Keep your profile details truthful, since they shape what scholarships we show you.
• You can stop using Scholr at any time, and you can request account deletion by emailing us.

When using Scholr, please do not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our scholarship database in bulk, or resell access to it.
• Attempt to break, overload, or bypass the security of the site, including trying to reach other users’ accounts or data.
• Impersonate someone else, or submit false, misleading, or abusive content through feedback.
• Use Scholr to advertise paid consultancy, agent services, or unrelated offers to other students.
• Use Scholr for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse Scholr or put the service or other users at risk.

The Scholr name, logo, design, and the way we organise and present listings belong to us. You are welcome to use Scholr for your own scholarship search and to share individual links with friends.

Anything you submit, such as feedback, stays yours. By sending it, you allow us to read it and act on it to fix problems and improve Scholr.

Scholr is provided as it is, and we may add, change, or remove features, listings, or the service itself. We may also need downtime for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, so we cannot promise uninterrupted access.

If we update these terms, we will change this page and the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Scholr after an update means you accept the revised terms.

In plain language: Scholr is a free tool that points you towards opportunities, so we cannot take responsibility for what happens after you leave our site.

We are not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected or unsuccessful application, a scholarship that gets cancelled or changes its rules, money or time you spend applying, incorrect or outdated listing details, or anything done by a third-party website. You use Scholr at your own discretion and remain responsible for verifying information and making your own decisions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Scholr is limited to what you have paid us, which for a free account is nothing.
